This disclaimer explains how MaxPoints LLC, doing business as MaxPoints (“MaxPoints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), approaches artificial intelligence in MaxVolts, our service for container deployments, application hosting, infrastructure connections, and domain and HTTPS configuration.

How MaxVolts uses automation

MaxVolts deploys and routes your workloads using deterministic software. Deployments, infrastructure actions, and configuration changes run only when you or your authorized team request them. MaxVolts does not use AI to make automated decisions about your account, billing, or hosted applications.

If AI-assisted features are added to MaxVolts or to connected MaxNova services, such as suggestions or generated configuration, they will be labeled, and this page will be updated.

AI-generated content you deploy

Many people use AI tools to write the code, images, and configuration they deploy. MaxVolts does not review, verify, or endorse what your applications contain, whether or not AI produced it. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you host, and for making sure it complies with our Terms and applicable law.

Risks

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or out of date, and may resemble existing work.
• Generated configuration, secrets handling, or infrastructure settings can expose your systems if used without review.
• Content from AI tools may not be suitable for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions.

Safeguards and your data

We do not use your hosted application content, environment settings, or connected-account data to train AI models. Please avoid pasting secrets or personal information into third-party AI tools. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, we make no promises about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated content, and we are not liable for outcomes that result from relying on it. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
